Cookie Policy
Effective date: 12 August 2026
1. About this Cookie Policy
This Cookie Policy explains how MultiBooking uses cookies and similar technologies on its websites, web applications and booking interfaces.
MultiBooking is operated by Serhii Miroshnyk, operating under the name MultiBooking.
Contact: support@multibooking.net.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored by a browser when you visit a website.
Similar technologies may include:
- browser local storage;
- session storage;
- device identifiers;
- SDK-generated identifiers;
- other local technologies required to operate a web or mobile application.
3. How we use these technologies
Strictly necessary technologies
These are required to provide core Platform functionality.
They may be used for:
- authentication;
- session management;
- security;
- fraud prevention;
- maintaining application state;
- protecting requests against abuse;
- remembering essential privacy choices.
Disabling these technologies may prevent parts of MultiBooking from functioning correctly.
Preference technologies
These may remember choices such as:
- interface preferences;
- language or locale;
- selected application settings.
Where legally required, non-essential preference technologies will not be used without appropriate consent.
Analytics and tag management
MultiBooking uses Google Tag Manager to manage website tags. Tag Manager is a mechanism for loading and controlling other website tags; the exact cookies or storage used depend on which tags are enabled.
MultiBooking may use a limited set of analytics tools to understand how the Platform is used and improve reliability and usability.
Where consent is required, non-essential analytics technologies will remain disabled until the user gives consent.
Advertising and behavioural tracking
MultiBooking does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioural advertising trackers.
If this changes, this Policy and the relevant consent interface will be updated before such technologies are activated.
4. Third-party technologies
Some technical providers may place or read strictly necessary identifiers when providing security or infrastructure functionality.
Relevant providers may include:
- Cloudflare;
- Google / Firebase / Google Tag Manager;
- other infrastructure providers necessary to operate the Platform.
Use of a third-party service does not mean that MultiBooking permits that provider to use Platform data for unrelated advertising purposes.
5. Cookie consent
Where applicable law requires consent for a non-essential technology, MultiBooking will request consent before activating it.
You will be able to refuse optional technologies without losing access to core Platform functionality.
Where available, cookie preferences can be changed later through the Platform's cookie or privacy settings.
6. Browser controls
Browsers generally allow users to:
- view stored cookies;
- delete cookies;
- block cookies;
- limit third-party cookies.
Blocking strictly necessary cookies may interfere with authentication or other Platform functions.
7. Mobile applications
Mobile applications do not necessarily use browser cookies in the same way as websites.
They may use local application storage, device identifiers or notification tokens where necessary to provide functions such as:
- authentication;
- user preferences;
- application security;
- push notifications.
Such processing is also described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when:
- technologies change;
- new analytics tools are introduced;
- providers change; or
- legal requirements change.
The current version will always state its effective date.
